Institution: Rwanda Coding academy

Welcome to the digital hub of Rwanda Coding Academy (RCA). Before you access our platform, resources, or code repositories, please read this agreement. By using this site, you transition from a passive user to an active participant in our ecosystem.
By accessing this platform, you are checking out a branch of the RCA digital environment. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to git checkout main and exit the platform.
Our platform is built on mutual respect, intense collaboration, and relentless engineering.
No Obfuscation: You agree not to intentionally hide, gatekeep, or obscure solutions to technical problems.
The PR Principle: If you spot a bug, a broken link, or a UI misalignment on this platform, do not just complain. If you have the permissions, submit a Pull Request; if not, document it clearly for the team.
Peer-to-Peer Backing: You agree to uplift your fellow developers. When community forums or shared workspaces are active, the goal is to guide others to the answer, not to feed them boilerplate code.
Unless explicitly marked under a private or proprietary license (such as specific institutional data or partner enterprise projects), the following applies:
Forking Allowed: Code snippets, architectural blueprints, UI design components, and documentation found here are meant to be studied, adapted, and pushed forward.
Attribution: If you build upon a framework or specialized algorithm designed by an RCA developer or project group, you must credit the original authors.
This platform is a living, breathing deployment environment. It undergoes rapid integration and continuous delivery.
Perpetual Beta: You acknowledge that features, API endpoints, and user interfaces may shift without notice. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or flawless rendering on deprecated browsers.
As-Is Basis: All tools, tutorials, and scripts are provided "as-is" and "as-available." RCA is not liable for any runtime errors, lost environment variables, or database migrations gone wrong on your local machine.
You are strictly prohibited from using this platform to test or deploy malicious scripts, coordinate denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, or scrape proprietary institutional data. Security testing is encouraged only under authorized, sandboxed hackathon conditions or explicit administrative clearance.
We reserve the right to revoke your access tokens or block your IP address from this platform if you consistently violate the community culture, push malicious commits, or engage in academic dishonesty.
