NYABIHU, RWANDA — Rwanda Coding Academy (RCA) is pleased to announce its upcoming Career Fair 2026, scheduled to take place from August 19–20, 2026, at the RCA Campus in Nyabihu, Rwanda. Under the theme "Connecting Talent. Building Futures.", the two-day event aims to bridge the gap between top-tier tech graduates and leading industry partners.

The RCA Career Fair serves as a strategic platform where industry partners will conduct interviews and select RCA graduates for Industrial Attachment Programmes (IAP) within their respective organizations. Attendees will include RCA graduates alongside prominent industry leaders seeking exceptional software engineers and digital innovators ready to contribute, grow, and drive impact in the technology sector.
